The Wyvern Riders ｢飛空龍部隊, waibān raidā, lit. "Air Dragon Squadron"｣ are a squad specialized in dominating the airspace. It is comprised of the strongest of the newer Dragonewts from the Blue Numbers mounting Wyverns (B+ Rank Lesser dragon species acquired with the help of Milim).
Ahead of the Nasca Namrium Ulmeria United Eastern Empire's invasion of the Great Jura Forest, the 300 strongest members of the Blue Numbers split and formed the Wyvern Riders as part of the Third Corps under the command of Gabiru.[1]
They all evolved into Dragonewts during Gabiru's Harvest Festival.
