Water Manipulation ｢水操作, mizu sōsa, lit. "Water Operation"｣ is an Extra skill used by Rimuru Tempest. After Rimuru learned Hydraulic Propulsion, Water Current Motion, and Water Blade, the three Skills were fused and evolved into Water Manipulation.

- After defeating Ifrit, Great Sage fused Water Manipulation with the new Extra skills Flame Manipulation and Flame Transformation via Unique skill Degenerate, resulting in Extra skills Black Flame and Molecular Manipulation.
- In That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime: ISEKAI Memories, the "Rimuru Tempest [Reincarnated]" unit uses this as a one of the Battle Skills to heal all allies.
