Vaughn ｢バーン, bān｣ is an executive of the Armed Nation of Dwargon who serves directly under Gazel Dwargo. He is the supreme commander of Dwargon's military, known by his title, "Admiral Paladin". He is second in strength only to Gazel within Dwargon.
Appearance[]
Vaughn is a dark haired man with thick sideburns, clad in jet-black heavy armor. He has two notable scars on his face, one along his right jawline, and the other near his left temple, striking a scary visage.
Personality[]
Vaughn has a normally stiff personality, reaching to his sword when Rimuru requested to drop formalities when speaking to Gazel. But in private situations he has been shown to revert to a more casual attitude when conversing with Gazel, receiving a reprimand from Dorf on occasions. Much like Gazel he chose to trust Rimuru, placing his trust in those that his king befriends.
Story[]
After the Orc Lord's defeat, he attended a meeting with the leaders of Dwargon regarding Rimuru's actions, and he followed King Gazel to Tempest when he decided to visit the monster leader.
He later attends another meeting with Gazel and his other subordinates where they discuss Rimuru's recent fight with Hinata along with the invitation to Tempest's upcoming festival.
