Vampires ｢吸血鬼族, vanpaia, lit. “Blood-Sucking Oni Tribe”｣ are a race of nearly immortal majin. Although they can reproduce, they normally abstain. Hosting overwhelming magical energy and vitality, their flesh never decays.
Physical Traits[]
They look similar to humans but have distinctive features such as piercing eyes, claw-like nails, and pointed fangs used to bite victims. Regular vampires must subsist on the blood of humans or demi-humans and are burned by direct sunlight. However, stronger vampires, known as surmounters, have evolved past these limitations.
They are weakened by the new moon.
