It allows the user to detect and discern things around them with near-absolute accuracy, making it nearly impossible to hide from the user.[1][2][3]
The principles by which this Skill functions have yet to be specified; however, the fact that it can function, albeit with great difficulty, within the Stopped World implies that its function is at least partly Infon-based, thus explaining its near-infallibility.[4]
