Spearhead ｢統率者, hikīru mono, lit. "Leader"｣ was the Unique skill held by Folgen, the head of Royal Knights order of the Kingdom of Falmuth.

Spearhead is an ability specialized in leading subordinates into battle, making it similar in nature to Benimaru's Commander, at least on the surface. It allows the user to understand the power of those that they lead and make proper use of it. They can control the actions of those under their command, easily creating an elite combat unit with perfect teamwork.
Additionally, the user can select and acquire the Skills of those under the user's command after their death. On the condition that they have to directly witness their death. This can include Unique skills, although there are limits to the amount of Unique skills a person can hold.
