In the event of the death of the individual wielding this skill, the user is sent to a certain point of time in the past with the memories of their time before their death. In other words, the user is in a time loop, where after each demise they are sent to the same point from which the loop began. The user, however, keeps all the memories of their past loops intact, allowing them to alter the timeline of events
The user has a grand total of three lives, displayed at all times with a 3/3 symbol in the corner of their vision. It wasn't made clear whether the user's original life, in which this skill was obtained, counts as one of those lives.
