The Orc Lord ｢豚頭帝, ōku rōdo, lit. "Pig-Head Emperor"｣ is a very rare and powerful member of the Orc race with high intelligence who appears roughly every few centuries during times of famine, when a High Orc of the royal family of the Orc Kingdom of Orbic breaks taboo and eats the flesh and blood of another member of the royal family.[1]
The Orc Lord inherits the Starved Intrinsic Unique skill, making those under them into a swarm of deadly ravenous monsters who will consume everything in their path, even their own fallen comrades.

- In his face-off with Geld Junior and Hakurou, Razen described Geld as an equivalent existence to an Orc Lord, likely due to his power. In the anime, however, much of the sentence is omitted, making it seem as though he thinks Geld actually is an Orc Lord.[2][3]
