Oni ｢妖鬼, oni, lit. "bewitching oni"｣ are the result of kijin fully returning to their roots as elementals, making them spiritual life-forms similar to dryads or incarnated archdaemons.[1] They possess an immense amount of power comparable to that of a demon lord and nigh-unlimited life spans as a result.
Abilities[]
Oni are said to wield supernatural powers that allow them control over nature and natural disasters. Their supernatural power, along with their immense reserves of magicules and spiritual nature, has resulted in most of the oni over the years being worshipped as local gods.[2]
