On This Land Where It All Happened ｢因縁の地で, innen no chi de｣ is the forty-fourth episode of the anime adaptation That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime and the twentieth of the second season.
Synopsis[]
As fierce battles continue to unfold throughout the land, the Three Beastketeers' Suphia finds herself struggling against Middray, a member of the Dragon Faithful. Albis, on the other hand, preys on Yamza.[1]
Summary[]
The main forces of Tempest attack Clayman's army. Suphia engages Middray, who is much stronger than her. While Geld and Gabiru lead their comrades, Albis manages to defeat Yamza. When Yamza tries to surrender to save his life, Clayman remotely forces him to swallow a piece of Charybdis and turn into a mindless, and much stronger version of it. After Yamza is defeated by Benimaru, Tempest makes peace with the Dragon Faithful (Middray is one of them). Meanwhile, Phobio and Geld fight Footman and Tear, but the clowns prove to be much stronger than them; however, they spare them as they are not their targets. Their actions however, gives Rimuru's army the advantage.
