Observing Eye ｢観察眼, kansatsugan｣ is an extra skill used by Souei. He obtained it after being named by Rimuru Tempest and subsequently evolving into a kijin.

Observing Eye greatly enhances the user's visual capabilities, even allowing them to directly see magicules and other spiritual matter. Using Observing Eye in conjunction with Mana Perception allows the user to see faint traces left by magic that most individuals would fail to notice with Mana Perception alone.
