Rimuru kicks Gobta
The goblins easily recognize Rimuru even in human form. Garm provides clothes as, even if Rimuru doesn't have gender, it doesn't feel right to walk around naked.
The construction of the town goes smoothly and Rimuru decides to go to the sealed cave. There they see Rigurd, who became even more sturdy after becoming the Goblin King. As their population increases, Rimuru assigns four more goblin leaders under Rigurd to help with the control of the residents.
Rigurd wonders if Rimuru won't eat today and Rimuru explains they will skip as a slime's body doesn't have a sense of taste. However, they then realize that in human form they can get their sense of taste back. Rimuru immediately tells Rigurd that they will be eating with them from now on and Rigurd decides to prepare a banquet.
Rimuru gets happy about being able to taste food. They encounter Gobta and other goblins who are out hunting and scouting, informing them that they will personally be joining them for dinner.
Gobta remarks on if eating will give Rimuru bigger breasts, which c results in Rimuru kicking him unconcious. The other goblins comment that there is plenty of prey as lots of magic beasts have been coming from the deep forest lately. Rimuru tells Ranga to stay with the goblins, before heading into the cave. While patrolling, the goblins had found Shizu's mask and they give it to Rimuru.
Ogre Attack
Inside the cave, Rimuru wants to practice with their variety of new skills. They recall about having heat resistance, physical damage nullification, pain nullification. They also have electrical and paralysis nullification, but can't remember why theh got them from, with Great Sage explaining that likely there wasn't enough information on their past lives requests and obtained alternative skills instead.
Rimuru believes it was due to the request given to Tamura to throw their computer in a bathtub to short circuit it. Rimuru finds it strange that Great Sage doesn't know them as they explains the skills, but Great Sage comments the World Language was the cause behind the voice, which makes Rimuru realize they did indeed hear that voice before obtaining Great Sage.
Hours later, Rimuru has been practicing with some of their skills. They created a clone and added the effects defensive skills, while attacking it with Black Flames. The Black Flame is quite powerful, but the clone is unharmed. Rimuru feels their attack and defense has gotten stronger thanks to Great Sage and Shizu's Degenerate unique skill. Great Sage then informs Rimuru of the obtainment of multiple skills obtained by merging the effects of other skills.
Rimuru learns that Shizu's mask can suppress magic power and when using it, they don't leak any aura and seem like an ordinary human. Going out of the cave, Rimuru receives a telepathy call from Ranga. Realizing its a distress call, Rimuru heads out and finds the goblins and Ranga defeated by a group of ogres.
