Mezul ｢ゴズール, mezūru｣ is the joint Guardian of the 50th floor of the Dungeon alongside Gozul.
Appearance[]
Mezul is a large humanoid horse with a dark mane. He wears a one-shoulder shirt and a set of chains around his neck.
Personality[]
Like Gozul, Mezul was introduced as a hotblooded and overconfident individual. After his experience in the Tempest tournament, as well as in his duties as a guardian of the labyrinth, he has reflected on his past behavior and mellowed out, adopting a sincere desire to grow stronger.
Background[]
Mezul originally wished to form an alliance with Rimuru as the Mezu's representative, in order to massacre the Gozu, the the sworn enemy of the Mezu for the last 100 years. Rimuru, annoyed by their constant warring, made them submit to him and immediately placed Mezul inside the labyrinth as a boss unit alongside Gozul.
