Megalomania ｢妄想鏡, megaromania, lit. "Mirror of Delusion"｣ is the first Unique skill awakened by Izis.
Abilities[]
It allows the user to look at the subconscious minds of others through reflective surfaces, including mirrors and puddles. They can then materialize their desires into the Mirror World. The user can pull people into the Mirror World through reflective surfaces but creations of the Mirror World are unable to leave into the real world.

- In-game, Megalomania changes two Souls of Divine Protection into Souls of Skills.
- Izis was also able to recreate objects with this skill shown when she re-created an toilet and objects from Rimuru's original world.
