It's rare that this happens for a manga based on an existing property, so I’m overjoyed at the honor. It's a manga contest, so it goes without saying that the person who earned this award was Kawakami-sensei. He's brought the world of the books to life with his incredible imagination, and given the story a richer dimension. His great skill and hard work won this award.
