Lucia Nasca ｢ルシア・ナスカ, rushia nasuka｣, typically shortened to simply Lucia, was the Princess of the Kingdom of Nasca, the younger sister of Rudra Nam Ul Nasca, the wife of Veldanava, and the mother of Milim Nava. She and her husband were killed in a terrorist attack by another country.
She would be temporally revived by Ciel during the events of Genesis of Rivalry to calm down the grief stricken Veldanava before both of them being devoured by Ivaragé.
Appearance[]
Lucia had Platinum Pink ｢桜金色, purachina pinku｣ hair that was inherited by her daughter. She also has red eyes as well.
Personality[]
Lucia was a kind person that often worried for her brother due to his carefree attitude.
After being temporally revived by Ciel, she was shown to be remorseful of her death affecting Veldanava, showing her worrying personality extends to Veldanava as well.
Story[]
She was born in the Kingdom of Nasca alongside her brother Rudra Nam Ul Nasca. The two eventually met Star King Dragon Veldanava and his sister Scorch Dragon Velgrynd, the former taking Rudra as his disciple while the latter slowly developing feelings for him. Rudra, Lucia and Velgrynd explored the world doing heroic deeds. Lucia is known to have helped accompanied her brother during his first fight against Guy Crimson. Eventually, Lucia and Veldanava fell in love and got married, leading to the birth of Milim Nava.
When Milim was just a baby, however, Lucia and Veldanava were killed in a terrorist attack by Jahil, who had heard that Veldanava had become mortal after Milim's birth and saw it as the perfect opportunity to become a God Killer. Lucia's death greatly affected not only Rudra, but also Veldanava once he revived, making him see his creations as failures. Her soul fragments scattered across many worlds for millennia, until her soul pieces were collected by Ciel in Genesis of Rivalry to calm down the grief stricken Veldanava, who was about to try and "reset" all the worlds. Upon her revival, she was remorseful of her death affecting her beloved so deeply, though she was also happy to be able to see how much her daughter has grown. Shortly after her revival, however, she and her husband were consumed by Ivaragé and died for good. However, her and her husband's heart cores weren't fully assimilated with Luvelgé, which allowed the two of them to manipulate Gaia into eating their heart cores, passing on their duty of looking after Milim to it.
