Liura ｢リューラ, ryūra｣ is the second oldest of Dagruel's three sons who he sent to Tempest with his brothers after getting fed up with them. After losing to Shion in a one-sided beatdown, he came to admire her and became her subordinate. He leads a fanclub with his brothers in her name which also serves as a formidable military force.

A skinny young man with blue spiky hair and a black headband wrapped around his forehead. He has vertical teardrop-like markings on both sides of his face. Leaving his upper body exposed, he wears black trousers reaching up to his shins, with his orange robe wrapped around his waist. He also wears a pair of long white gloves.
