Holy power ｢聖なる力, seinaru-ryoku｣, also known as holy energy ｢聖なるエネルギー, seinaru enerugī｣, is a type of spiritual matter of an opposite nature to magicules. It is the primary source of power for holy beings and is utilized in Holy magic.

Holy power carries properties of purification, capable of healing injuries and cleansing curses. Its nature as the opposite counterpart to magicules leaves the two in a relationship similar to that of matter and antimatter, with the positive (holy power) and the negative (magicules) canceling each other out. This essentially makes holy power a poison to demonic beings that rely on magicules to continue to exist, such as majin and Magic beasts, though when used for healing purposes it can still heal them.
