The high elf king ｢風精人の王, hai erufu no ō｣ was a high elf incarnated with the help of Twilight Valentine, king of the Super-Sorcery Kingdom, and the father of Kagali. At some point, his spirit was killed and his body possessed by Jahil.

The king had built his city over the ruins over the Super-Magic Empire and made use of the technological secrets that laid within to create a prosperous nation called the "Super-Sorcery Kingdom" for the entire race of the elves. Unfortunately, his spirit was killed and his body possessed by Jahil, whose actions in his body went down in history as foolish and infamous.
