High elves ｢風精人, hai erufu, lit. "wind spirit people"｣, sometimes called true elves ｢真なるエルフ, shin'naru erufu｣, are the result of elementals of wind being incarnated into human vessels by Twilight Valentine. Their descendants are the elves, but it is possible that other demi-human races can tie their roots back to them via Twilight's crossbreeding experiments.

High elves, as elementals, are spiritual life-forms and reap the many benefits that come along with that status. They also possess elemental powers over wind and extraordinarily long-living bodies that make them almost godlike in nature despite not inherently possessing divinity.
