Rimuru's Busy Life ｢Japanese: リムルの忙しい日々, Hepburn: rimuru no isogashī hibi｣ is the twenty-fifth episode of the anime adaptation That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime and the first episode of the second season.
Synopsis[]
Rimuru entrusts the children's education to a new teacher and returns to Tempest. After being updated on the events that transpired during while they were gone, Rimuru starts negotiations to establish diplomatic relations with the Kingdom of Eurazania, led by Carrion.[1]

Summary[]
Rimuru gathers the kids to say goodbye and announces they won't be teaching next semester. Rimuru promises to visit them once in a while.
Rimuru hands over a book to Tiss and Kenya asks about what they are going to do next. Rimuru responds by saying they're an extremely busy person and bids the kids farewell.
Rimuru and Ranga briefly reminisce about the events leading up to this point, with Rimuru exclaiming their hope that the "peace" will last a long time.
Rimuru explains that Carrion has formed a non-aggression pact with Tempest, ensuring that neither of them will attack the other. Rimuru then recounts the exchange of emissaries that took place between the two countries, with Tempest's side appointing Benimaru as the leader and Rigur as the secretary.
After Rimuru messes around by shapeshifting into various objects, while Shuna and Shion bring in some clothes for the ceremony. Rimuru rejects the various bizzare outfits that the two brought and requested for them to return with proper formal attire.
Rimuru walks on to a stage to give a formal speech, while the crowd cheers at how stunning Rimuru looks in their current attire. Shuna asks Rimuru about the "speech" that they gave, with Rimuru remarking that it was a little too short.
Rimuru continues the speech from where they left off, talking about the citizens of Eurazania and the importance of their future relationship before sending the emissaries off.
After the Tempest emissaries depart, Shuna guides the cooks in the kitchen while Vesta is lecturing the waiters on etiquette to prepare for the arrival of Eurazani's emissaries.
Shion tells Rimuru that the day to visit the Armed Nation of Dwargon has been decided. Treyni appears and tells Rimuru that they need to properly explain what had happened to Charybdis and Milim.
Treyni informs them that the emmisaries from Eurazania have finally entered the Jura Forest and will be arriving in two days.
Youm and his party arrive in Rimuru City before the emisarries from Eurazania arrive. After slicing a Phantaspore in half to save a young human girl, Youm is shown advertising Tempest's products.
In the hot spring, Rimuru shares a small sample of brandy and discusses their wish to mass-produce it using fruits imported from Eurazania. After explaining the details of the nature of diplomatic exchanges, Rimuru warns Youm's group to not pick a fight with Eurazania's emissaries and mess up Rimuru's chance on having a friendly relations with them.
As the carriages arrive at Tempest, Albis and Rimuru exchange brief greetings. However, before their talk can finish, Suphia kicks open the door and begins complaining about how the ruler of Tempest is a weak slime.
