Elmesia El Ru Sarion ｢エルメシア・エル・リュ・サリオン, erumeshia eru ryu sarion｣ is the Emperor of Sorcerous Dynasty of Sarion.
Appearance[]
Elmesia is a beautiful but androgynous woman with a youthful appearance that one could mistake for a child. Her distinctive features are her long pointed ears; snow-like skin; slanted, jade eyes, and long pale blue-silver hair that falls gently over her cheeks.
Personality[]
Elmesia is a whimsical yet cautious person, never directly giving out her true opinion on matters, and enjoys teasing her conversation partner, throwing them for a loop. She holds the belief that monarchs shouldn't be slaves to the people and should be free to bask in the wealth and luxury they hold. Elmesia has a pet peeve for unverified information being brought to her, and is just as annoyed when her free time is interrupted.
However she also got a carefree side as she as disregarded Erald Grimwald pleas of risks of visiting the festival in Tempest and the danger of the strength of it's members.
Background[]
Thousands of years ago, Elmesia was born to Sylvia El Ru, with her father having gone missing while still in the womb. Elmesia would come to grow up, rounding up thirteen royal families and forming the foundation for what would be a great dynasty, naming it in honor of her father. Down the line, Elmesia became acquainted with the royalty of Dwargon, meeting a young Gazel Dwargo. She also formed a connection with Leon Cromwell before his hero days, when he was still under her mother's tutelage, growing fond of him as a little brother, and eventually helped him kickstart his own nation in the future.

- It's considered a taboo to ask the emperor how old she is.
