Divinity 「神性, shinsei, lit. "divine nature"」 is a state achieved when a spiritual life-form who possesses a material body completes the process of awakening and becomes immortal as a result. It is different from the conceptual God and beings who possess it are not omnipotent. They are, however, extremely powerful.
Awakening[]
While most of the requirements for achieving divinity are obscure, any incarnated spiritual life-form that completes its awakening with an existence value of over two million normally achieves divinity.[1]
Properties[]
Beings with divinity possess the ability to freely convert their material body between physical and spiritual form and are freed from life span. As long as the heart core remains intact and they have sufficient energy, they can regenerate endlessly, even from the destruction of the body or soul.
It should be noted that most individuals possessing divinity cannot have children, as their material bodies is almost always converted into a mass of pure energy and lack properly functioning genetics as a result.
They also possess a special energy called Divine Ki 「神気, shinki」 that, when used with their body or equipment, can elevate their attack and defense to be equivalent to the god-grade.
Known divine species[]
Divine species can be divided in two types: either the first or the third component of a species.
