Empowerment Arc[]
Chloe, as the Masked Chosen Hero, was first mentioned by Veldora as the chosen hero who defeated and sealed him away. She was later also mentioned by Shizu as the chosen hero who took her in and gave her the anti-magic Mask.
Human-Monster Interaction Arc[]
A younger vision of Chloe appeared as a student at the Freedom Academy in Class S. She and her classmates tried to bully Rimuru when they were assigned to be their classroom teacher, although she didn't do much antagonizing and instead focused on reading her manga. When Class S challenged Rimuru, she used her water magic on them, but this proved ineffective. Following Class S's defeat, they accepted Rimuru as their teacher and started to bond with them. Rimuru later took them to Demon Lord Ramiris' domain to receive superior spirits to ensure their survival. Chloe is instead infused with an unidentified spiritual life-form who, unbeknownst to everyone, is actually the spirit of a split personality of her older self from another timeline.
OAD[]
When an outdoor training session took place, Rimuru provided Class S with a camping car pulled by a tamed Beast Gnome. A teacher named Tiss was assigned to watch over Class S. During their session, thieves ambushed them, but the students managed to defeat them. They also confront a Specter, but it proved too powerful for them; however, they were saved at the last moment by the Primordial Noir, who wished to repay his old debt to the class' old teacher, Shizu.
Visions of Coleus Arc[]
The adult Chloe was shown to be in a stasis chamber watched over by Demon Lord Luminous Valentine.
Human-Monster Interaction Arc[]
After learning that Rimuru is leaving, the young Chloe and her classmates were saddened by the news, but they promised to visit every now and then. From this point on, Tiss served as their classroom teacher in Rimuru's place.
Conflict Between Saints and Monsters Arc[]
The adult Chloe was still seen in her stasis chamber as Luminous embraced her. As she was heading for Tempest, she took one last look at her before leaving.
Opening of the Monster City Arc[]
The young Chloe met Rimuru again alongside her fellow students and was invited to the festival in Tempest. There, she learned of Rimuru's true identity and also became friends with Hinata. She was later among the audience watching the martial arts tournament. She and the rest of Class S later had a meal during a break from the competition.
