The camping car is a trailer-like carriage that Rimuru Tempest gave to Class S and Tiss for their outdoor training exam.

Design

Exterior

The exterior is mostly dark green with a few gray and silver plates. The roof has a hatch and a small chimney. There is a large window on the front and the back. On the left side is a door. There are also two windows with awnings on the left and right sides. A large handle is mounted on the front that Gale Gibson's tamed Beast Gnome is hooked to while pulling the carriage. It also has large wheels; the front ones are smaller than the back ones. A bench is also attached on the back.

Interior

The interior looks very similar to an RV. There are wall sofas on the back. One of the sofas can fold outwards into a bed. A small table is found in the middle of those sofas. There is also a small bathroom with a shower and toilet, a small kitchen set with a stove and refrigerator, some ceiling lights, a set of wall hooks, and a few closets. A large table and seat are also placed at the front for Gale to watch his Beast Gnome through the front window as it pulls the carriage.

Background

To help Class S with their upcoming outdoor training exam, Rimuru returned to Tempest to have their subordinates construct a special carriage called the camping car. Class S was very amazed by the carriage's unusual design. Since Rimuru isn't allowed to directly help Class S with their exam, Gale decides to have his Beast Gnome pull the carriage. Shortly before the exam, the other students from different classes and Tiss were amazed by Class S' carriage, though Jeff Segal is not. Tiss accompanied Class S to the Town of Guratol, taking notes of their progress. At one point, Tiss took a shower, which forced the boys to wear blindfolds (except Gale, who still had to watch his Beast Gnome). Arriving at Count Guratol's mansion much earlier than expected, they travel to nearby caves for the next part of their exam. Following an unplanned confrontation with thieves and a Phantom Commanding officer, they returned to Count Guratol's mansion, with the second part of the exam being canceled. After the exam, Class S made their journey back to the Freedom Academy. It is unknown what happened to the camping car after that, but it can be assumed that Class S will most likely use it again in the future.
