Azathoth ｢虚空之神, azatōsu, lit. "God of the Void"｣ is one of Rimuru Tempest's Ultimate skills.
It was created by Ciel combining the Ultimate skills Beelzebuth and Raphael. The Ultimate skills Veldora and Velgrynd were also merged with it.

- Soul Gluttony ｢魂暴喰, kon bōshoku, Yen Press: "Soul Glutton"｣: A super-enhanced version of predation-gluttony, which can devour the target's Soul ignoring space-time.
- Nihility Collapse ｢虚無崩壊, kyomu hōkai, Yen Press: "Void Collapse"｣
- Imaginary Space ｢虚数空間, kyosū kūkan, Yen Press: "Complex Space"｣[1]
- True Dragon Release [Scorch・Storm] ｢竜種解放［灼熱・暴風］, ryūshu kaihō [shakunetsu・bōfū], Yen Press: "Release True Dragon"｣: A variant of Parallel Existence that allows for Veldora and Velgrynd, as well as their power, to exist simultaneously assimilated with Rimuru and active in the outside world. When activated, an "other body" of Veldora and/or Velgrynd is created and all of Rimuru’s energy that would have otherwise belonged to them is loaned back. It can be undone with the respective True Dragon's consent and after doing so all of their energy will return to Rimuru.
- True Dragon Nucleation [Scorch・Storm] ｢竜種核化［灼熱・暴風］, ryūshu kakuka [shakunetsu・bōfū], Yen Press: "Coreify True Dragon"｣: If Veldora and/or Velgrynd's energy are not currently lent by True Dragon Release, it can instead be materialized into the form of a spherical core. The core contains all of their energy as if it were their body and can be slotted into Rimuru's sword, creating an unmatched weapon.
