All-Seeing Eye ｢天眼, tengan, lit. "Clairvoyant"｣ is an ocular-type Extra skill that grants the user 360° vision and increased reaction times. It was first wielded by Kyoya Tachibana but is also later acquired by Shion and Gabiru.

All-Seeing Eye is capable of providing the user with visual information beyond their eyes regular line of sight. The skill's perspective can freely change in 360° and is described as "similar to a video game screen". The skill directly beams sensory information into the ocular nerve, allowing for an increase in reaction time in critical situations. It's a powerful skill all on its own, but truly shines when combined with other skills such as Mana Perception and Thought Acceleration.
