Abilities[]
It allows the user to turn into anybody that they have seen. However, there was a limit to how much the user could mimic. If the target was significantly more powerful than the user, they could not mimic everything.
It is slightly inferior in comparison to Veyron's Unique skill Imitator, which is similar in function.
